Work With Me

  • I begin by working closely with creative teams to clarify goals, scope, and deliverables. Together, we establish expectations, priorities, and success metrics, ensuring everyone is aligned before moving into production.

    At this stage, I focus on understanding both the creative vision and the practical requirements needed to execute it effectively.

  • With a clear direction in place, I build detailed production plans, including budgets, timelines, locations, crews, and equipment. I source the right resources, structure workflows, and anticipate potential challenges early.

    This phase is about creating a strong foundation that allows production to move efficiently and adapt when needed.

  • During production, I oversee on-set operations to keep teams organized, supported, and focused. I work closely with directors and department heads to ensure creative goals are met while schedules and logistics stay on track.

    I solve problems in real time, proactively anticipate challenges, and help productions move forward without unnecessary friction.

  • In post-production, I manage workflows, reviews, and approvals from start to finish. I oversee editing, color grading, and delivery to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time.

    My focus is on delivering content that fulfills creative intent while meeting business and distribution needs.
