Synopsis

A private detective reminisces over a long-lost love as he searches for a missing child across a desolate industrial landscape.

Scope

Narrative short film production featuring multiple vehicles, carmounts, and complex on-set logistics. Scope included scheduling, timeline creation, crew coordination, and on-set operational oversight.

My Process

As both Assistant Producer and 1st Assistant Director, I built detailed production timelines and schedules for a multi-vehicle shoot, including picture cars, follow cars, and time consuming complex camera setups. Collaborated closely with the DP and G&E crew to plan and safely execute car-mounted shots. Managed crew coordination and on-set logistics to ensure smooth execution, proactively solving problems and keeping the production aligned with the creative vision.

Outcome

Executed a complex, vehicle-focused shoot efficiently and on schedule, supporting the creative objectives and demonstrating strong organizational, scheduling, and production management skills. The project’s selection at 2025 Woodstock Film Festival highlights the quality and impact of the work.
